Sometimes when I talk to a woman I notice that she has a completely different way to think about several topics, like about hobbies and feelings. I'm sure that men and women are so different, but it doesn't means that one gender is better than the other; for example, obviously an average man is faster and stronger than an average woman, but generally men get tired earlier than women everyday, and generally women are busier and workers than men; also, women have longest life expectancy: they endure much more.
In the other hand, I think we have different kinds of intelligence, and I'm sure that women intelligence is useful than ours, because they can do several things at time, their memory is better, they can understand as people feels, and they see much situations and problems while we overlook they. Anyway, generally women has troubles to take decisions, especially the fast ones; and normally are complicated by trivial things for men, who doesn't care for it and have a more carefree living. Also, men forget the problems faster so they can forgive easier, so it's more difficult to see great rivalries between men.
I think men and women are avaibilited to any work and task, but they do some things better than others. I'm a man and I really like to being with women, I don't know what we do without they, and decidedly I believe in the difference but same importance between men and women.
